The rail industry is moving into a period of growth which will in turn create a shortage of resource in the industry which has provided us an opportunity to take our own skilled resources and up skill them into Rail environment. We are able to offer temporary, contract and permanent blue & white/technical recruitment solutions for both across the UK and work in a collaborative approach with our clients and suppliers.
Deploy Rail are Link-up approved via Audit to supply Contingent Labour for Signalling, Track, Building, Civils, Telecoms, Electrification, Plant Operators, On Track Protection and Warning Services and Electrical Isolation Staff (DC Conductors). Deploy Rail are also ISO 9001, 18001 & 14001 accredited. Deploy are qualified to supply LU ICI Inducted qualified resources to TfL and London Underground Ltd. We also work collaboratively with suppliers of qualified protection staff to London Underground. This enables to offer a single source solution for booking resources or both Protection and Labour.

Possession Management / SSOW Planning
In accordance with Network Rail Company Standard NR/L2/OHS/019 any COSS venturing onto the infrastructure to undertake planned work must be in possession of a pre-planned safe system of work, this is known as a SSOWPs Pack.
Deploy have the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to develop these packs for you works.
