Civils & Cabling Supervisor required for an ongoing contract role based in West London.
These roles form part of the overall Piccadilly Line Upgrade works and involve overseeing the civils and heavy cabling activities.
This role requires LU trackside working experience in minor civils or cable installation works. You will be installing new cable posts (Steel posts with concrete foundations) and brackets to existing structures (Cable hangers fixed with clamps to steel structures or Chemfix to brickwork).
Prior experience with troughing, cabling and CRMS installation is essential, as well as having a thorough knowledge of LU procedures and processes.
Previous knowledge of the LU network is a bonus. As well as previous experience working in/around electrical substations.
This role will involve working a mixture of days/nights/weekends, so applicants must be flexible. Rates are based on an 8-hour working shift and must be paid on a PAYE umbrella basis.
Monday - Friday Days: £350 per shift
Sunday - Thursday Nights £400 per shift
